Landsea Homes acquired 78 homesites at Moonlight, a master-planned community in Maricopa.

The builder will offer one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,332 to 2,624 square feet. Sales are expected to begin this summer.

“Our expansion into Maricopa with the closing of these new homesites at Moonlight allows us to introduce a brand new audience of homebuyers to our thoughtful designs and innovative homebuilding approach,” Heather Cammiso, Arizona division president for Landsea Homes, said in a press release. “We’re proud to be a part of Maricopa’s continued growth.”

Moonlight is zoned to Maricopa Unified School District.
