Rockefeller Group broke ground on Corsica Villas, a pair of build-to-rent (BTR) communities located in South Phoenix.

The two communities, located approximately 1.75 miles apart, encompass over 150 townhomes. Mosaic will serve as the general contractor.

“Rockefeller Group is pleased to be breaking ground on Corsica Villas with Mosaic,” Mark Singerman, vice president and regional director for Rockefeller Group, said in a press release. “The project delivers two distinct communities to meet the increasing demand for rental homes south of Baseline Road and close to hundreds of thousands of jobs.”

Each two-story unit will range from 1,126 to 1,525 square feet and feature private backyards and views of South Mountain Regional Park. The first location on 20th Street will include 68 units with attached two-car garages and two- or three-bedroom floor plans. The second location on Euclid Avenue and 7th Street will have 74 units, including two-bedroom carriage units with attached garages and three-bedroom townhomes.

Both communities will feature amenities like a heated pool, hot tub, dog parks and green spaces.
