Landsea Homes recently named Alissa Rivera its new director of marketing for the Arizona division. Prior to joining Landsea Homes, Rivera served as the marketing manager for Taylor Morrison.

In her new role, Rivera will oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and manage a team of marketing professionals.

“Alissa brings a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategic planning with a proven record of results and a deep understanding of the home and construction industries that make her an incredible asset to our Arizona marketing team,” Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing for Landsea’s Arizona division, said in a press release.

Rivera was recognized as the Phoenix Marketing Professional of the Year at the 2024 MAME Awards.
