Portico, a luxury condominium development from Belgravia Group, is now fully sold out. All 112 units in the building sold within one year of the first sale.

“As a luxury developer new to Arizona and eager to take a prudent approach, sales for Portico outpaced all our expectations,” Elizabeth Brooks, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Belgravia Group, said in a press release. “We thank our homebuyers for putting their trust in Belgravia Group, and we’re excited to start delivering these homes later this summer.”

The entire project is estimated to complete in spring of next year. Belgravia also has plans to announce a new condominium development in North Scottsdale in the near future.

Portico won the Phoenix Agents’ Choice Award for Multifamily Project of the Year in 2023.
