Landsea Homes closed on 545 homesites in Wildera, a master-planned community in Pinal County. That brings the builder’s total lot count to 1,006 homesites in the community, which will consist of over 2,000 homes upon full buildout.

“This is a huge step forward for Landsea Homes, and we are excited about extending our presence in San Tan Valley,” Heather Cammiso, Arizona division president for Landsea Homes, said in a press release. “Wildera is Landsea Homes’ first master-planned community in this region, with great community amenities and our high-quality High Performance homes at attainable price points.”

Sales will begin next month, with prices starting in the mid-$300,000s.
