Belgravia Group topped off the first building of Portico, a nine-building condominium development located in the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road corridor. Initial move-ins are planned for late summer 2024.
Two-, three- and four-bedroom residences are still available for purchase, with prices ranging from $900,000 to $2 million.

Portico is projected to be completed in spring 2025.
