A number of leaders and executives in Phoenix real estate were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful players in the residential real estate industry.
Matt Widdows, founder and CEO of Scottsdale-based brokerage HomeSmart, was the highest-ranking Phoenix professional on the list at No. 16.
Further down the list at No. 88 was Mark Stark, chairman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona, Nevada and California. Matthew Consalvo, CEO of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, also made the list at No. 100.
