Curve Development broke ground on Cyrene at Skyline, a single-family rental development in Waddell, roughly 30 miles from downtown Phoenix.

Located at 18096 W. Olive Ave., the 102-unit development will include one- and two-story residences with three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Pre-leasing is expected to begin in March 2024.

Cyrene at Skyline will also include communal amenities like a pool and fitness center, as well as green spaces and barbecue areas.
