The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance announced the rankings for its third annual LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list. Created in partnership with RealTrends and Sotheby’s International Realty, the ranking celebrates top-producing LGBTQ+ real estate agents and ally members.

This year’s list recognizes 388 Alliance members for their 2022 production, a 51% increase from last year. Among the honorees were Sacha Blanchet of Coldwell Banker Realty in Phoenix, who ranked No. 22 for transaction volume with 52 sides and No. 20 for individual volume with $28,141,469, and Scott Bryant of Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living in Scottsdale, who ranked No. 46 for transaction volume with 39 sides and No. 43 for individual sales volume, transacting $21,883,385 last year.

“This list not only honors the incredible production of our members but helps showcase the standing the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has in the real estate industry,” said Alliance President Erin Morrison. “It is incredible that our top members, if they formed their own real estate firm, would rank as one of the top 30 brokerages in the nation.”
