Toll Brothers Apartment Living proposed plans for a five-building, 817-unit multifamily apartment complex spanning nearly 19 acres on N. 7th Street and Beardsley Road. The site is currently occupied by a two-story office building.

A majority of the units will be one-bedroom apartments, but the developer is also offering studios, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms. Additional plans include 90,100 square feet of outdoor open space and amenities including sports courts, fitness lawns and lounge areas.

ConnectCRE reports that Toll Brothers’ development would be one of the largest ever constructed in the Greater Phoenix area.

The city has not yet granted approval for the project.
