The Arizona Association of REALTORS® announced that Lisa Paffrath will take over as treasurer for the remainder of the 2023 term. Paffrath is replacing Mandy Neat, who stepped down from the position after accepting a position with the Deputy Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
Executive Committee President Eric Gibbs appointed Paffrath to her new role as treasurer. In addition to Gibbs, she joins the other members of the Arizona REALTORS® 2023 leadership team: President-Elect Shelley Ostrowski and First Vice President Sulinda Ready.
“Lisa is a welcome addition to our volunteer leadership team as she brings her broad expertise and strong leadership skills to the association,” Gibbs said in a press release. “As treasurer, Lisa is a key leader and resource for guiding our diverse network of members across Arizona.
Paffrath has more than 15 years of real estate experience in Arizona, where she’s served as a broker and owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Grand View North. She’s a former president of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® and a former chair of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Committee. She’s also a past recipient of the Tyler Strout Vision Award, an honor awarded to real estate professionals who embody Arizona REALTORS®’ vision of the best prepared Realtor.
