Phoenix ranked as the fourth-most cost-effective city in the world, rising over every international city on the list other than No. 2-ranked Bucharest.

The Real Estate Summit Across Borders will take place on Friday, June 9 at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.

The new franchise will be the brokerage’s 16th in Europe as it pursues other expansion opportunities around the world.
