Lending was the natural career path for Dominic Mancini. He grew up in a real estate family and loves people — he always wanted a client-facing job. So right after college, he entered the lending industry. He’s been a loan officer with Guaranteed Rate for 15 years, where he is also a branch manager and senior vice president of mortgage lending.

At Guaranteed Rate, Mancini focuses on first-time homebuyers as well as conventional, VA and FHA loans and marketing and branding for agent partners. Mancini has a reputation for being extremely effective, and as branch manager, he feels he closes deals even more efficiently. The position also gives him wider exposure to new business opportunities, as well as the resources and support needed to succeed.
