Bobby Lieb’s name is synonymous with real estate in North Central Phoenix. He began his career there in 1993 and has remained a top-selling Realtor since 2001. Since joining HomeSmart in 2011, Lieb has also ranked as the brokerage’s No. 1 Top Performing Realtor.

The success comes down to Lieb’s own sales philosophy: “Be honest, be focused, know your client and know the community.” And he believes in giving back to that community. Seven years ago, Lieb co-founded We Care For HomeSmart, a charity that helps agents during times of need. They have raised money to pay for agents’ funerals, medical bills, meals — and even some real estate bills.

Every year, the organization hosts a fundraiser where agents and HomeSmart partners donate prizes and/or cash, which HomeSmart Founder Matt Widdows then matches. Since the charity’s inception, they have raised over $75,000 and paid out almost $50,000 in assistance.
