Originally from Mumbai, India, Aartie Aiyer is an accomplished real estate professional and an advocate for women’s empowerment throughout the Phoenix area with over 20 years of experience. As CEO of Aartie Aiyer Realty LLC, she has been certified for several years as a women-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, a designation that has an income requirement to it. “I lead my company with a vision of excellence and a commitment to providing personalized real estate services to my clients,” she says.

Growing up with a family in real estate, Aiyer started out as a fashion designer, owning a garment manufacturing company in India. “My background in fashion influenced my approach to business by emphasizing attention to detail and a client-first mindset,” she explains. “The connection between my family’s interests and my natural drive towards entrepreneurship eventually led me to real estate.” With a master’s degree in political science and psychology, Aiyer has been featured in Forbes magazine and recognized as a top producer in real estate numerous times.

Crowned Mrs. Universe USA Arizona and Mrs. Universe USA this year, Aiyer was also the First Runner-Up in Mrs. Universe USA Classic. Serving as the state director of the Arizona Miss Bharat USA pageant, she works to inspire and mentor young women by helping them embrace their cultural heritage and leadership potential. Recognized with the Bayer Foundation’s Women Empowerment Award in 2024, she’s committed to lifting up women in business and beyond.
