Camelot Homes will host a grand opening for The Villas II, its luxury single-family collection at the Desert Mountain golf club in Scottsdale, on Nov. 21.
Guests at the event will be treated to an interactive golf simulator, complimentary coffee and matcha and a made-to-order omelet station sponsored by Ferguson Home, Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove. The Camelot Homes team will also be onsite to answer questions about the community, including future residents’ opportunity to obtain golf course memberships.

Designs for The Villas II at Desert Mountain range from 2,768 to 3,305 square feet with two to four bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and indoor-outdoor living spaces. (via Camelot Homes)
“Villas II offers an exceptional combination of luxury design, low-maintenance living and access to one of the country’s most celebrated private golf communities,” Camelot Homes President Kevin Rosinski said in a press release. “The ability to bypass the golf membership waitlist makes this an especially rare opportunity. Combined with our award-winning home designs and spectacular golf course setting, Villas II represents one of the most compelling luxury home opportunities available in Arizona today.”
Two floor plans are available in the 23-home community. Designs range from 2,768 to 3,305 square feet with two to four bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and indoor-outdoor living spaces. Pricing starts at $2.4 million.
In addition to golf courses, residents will have access to membership at the Desert Mountain Club, which features the Sonoran Spa and Fitness Center, a tennis complex, 25 miles of hiking and biking trails and 10 restaurants.
