In a world where financial transactions often feel transactional, Jaime Kinman, senior vice president of mortgage lending, stands out for a refreshingly human approach. With over two decades of experience, Kinman is not just a mortgage expert but a dedicated consumer advocate, known for building lasting relationships and offering a wide variety of tailored loan solutions. But what truly sets Kinman apart is an unwavering passion for seeing clients succeed — not just in securing a loan but in achieving their broader financial and life goals.

Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer stepping into their dream home or a seasoned investor expanding their portfolio, Kinman brings integrity, empathy and expertise to every conversation.

“If I say I can do something, I can do it,” she declares. “I take pride in knowing guidelines and following through. I want the borrowers to enjoy the process of their mortgage experience and achieve their goals.”

Kinman has made Rate’s Presidents Club many times in her career. She ranks among the top 1% in customer service, according to Consumer Advocate. Her clients say she’s an excellent educator and a hard worker whose experience and honesty make her an invaluable advocate during mortgage transactions.

Outside of work, you will find Kinman doing Pilates or cheering her son or daughter on from the bleachers while they play basketball. Kinman is also a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) and The REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee.
