Chicago-based developer Belgravia Group closed on the land for Atavia, a luxury condominium community in Scottsdale.

Atavia includes two-, three- and four-bedroom residences with prices ranging from $800,000 to $1.8 million. Floor plans feature private entries, attached two-car garages, 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Select units also have private elevators and rooftop decks.

More than half of the condos in the 88-unit project have already been reserved since plans were announced in October 2024.

“With North Scottsdale experiencing continued and dynamic growth, it’s no surprise that the demand for Atavia has surpassed our expectations,” Jonathan McCulloch, CEO of Belgravia Group, said in a press release. “Atavia will deliver a fresh take on condominium living and we are looking forward to seeing our second Scottsdale community flourish and take shape.”

Atavia is designed by architecture firm KTGY with design features inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West. On-site amenities will include a pool, spa, fitness center, indoor/outdoor yoga studio and courtyards.

Cambridge Properties is leading sales for the development, which is located within the One Scottsdale mixed-use development.

“From the moment homebuyers engage with Belgravia Group, they’re met with a level of care that matches the upscale comforts of Atavia,” said Keith Mishkin, CEO, president and designated broker at Cambridge Properties. “It’s this seamless blend of luxury living and exceptional service that truly sets Atavia apart in the market.”
