Construction has begun on Album Surprise, an active-adult community for residents aged 55 and up.
Located at 16431 N. Parkview Place in Surprise, the 4.1-acre rental community will feature 161 one- and two-bedroom apartments. On-site amenities are designed to create community among the residents and include a fitness center, craft room, coffee bar, yoga studio and great room.
“We created Album Surprise so active adults can live a unique, connected, expressive life here in the growing Surprise community,” Billy Cundiff, managing director for development at Greystar, the developer for the complex, said in a press release. “Residents will find a home alongside some of the area’s most convenient amenities and exciting entertainment attractions, making it the ideal location for easy living.”
Early apartment reservations will begin next September, with first move-ins scheduled for April 2026.
