Groundbreaking at Silver Sky in Paradise Valley

by Emily Marek

Developers broke ground on Silver Sky, an 18-acre community in Paradise Valley, on June 12. Attendees included Paradise Valley Mayor Jerry Bien-Willner and Vice Mayor Mark Stanton.

Featured in the 12-lot community is Nova, an $18 million estate that was named a winner in the National Association of HomeBuilders’ 2023 Best American Living Awards in the single-family production home category. Construction will begin on Nova, as well as the other homes in the community, this summer.

“We are so excited to begin construction and take these next steps toward our vision to create a luxury residential community featuring world-class architecture on some of the last vacant land in Paradise Valley,” Jeremy Takas, a developer at Silver Sky Development, said in a press release.

Four parcels in the community are already under contract. Sales are being exclusively handled by RETSY agents Babbi Gabel, Kirk Linehan and Chris Morrison.
