Landsea Homes has begun sales in Wildera, a master-planned community in San Tan Valley. Home prices begin at $349,000.

The first phase of the builder’s construction includes 461 single-family homes in three different neighborhoods. Buyers will have their choice of three floor plans: the Canyon Series, which ranges from 1,580 to 3,018 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms; the Valley Series, which ranges from 1,776 to 3,045 square feet with three to six bedrooms, two to five bathrooms and an optional suite suited for multigenerational living; and the Peak Series, which ranges from 1,580 to 3,226 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and up to a five-car garage.
