Being a trust officer.
Spokane, Washington.
I’ve wanted to be a Realtor since I was in my early 20s, but other than that, the first woman president!
Quilting, gardening, reading, biking, tasting wine (worked in the wine industry too.)
Anne Frank. I was obsessed with her as a child. Even had a German shepherd named Ann Frank! We have so much to learn from history…We are often doomed to repeat it.
Day trips! There are so many options when you live in Phoenix. The zoo, botanical garden, sports, surrounding areas like Sedona and Cottonwood, even wine country!
I love my clients! They are the heart of my work. My motivation to help and please is the engine in my business. Don’t get me wrong, I also love doing an excellent job, but when I can match competence to needs and wants…it’s always a win.
Asking questions and being VERY available. It’s consuming.
Multiple conflicting deadlines.
Ask for referrals. Ask for testimonials. DO YOUR FOLLOW UP.
Jordan Peterson…just starting a new binge!
Paulie’s Little Bite of Italy in Sun City. OH MY! Totally authentic Italian and old-school decor. MMMMMmmmm.
I live and work primarily in the west valley, but the mid-century modern Celebrity Theatre is very cool.
I was showing a home on the water where geese were abounding. I went out into the backyard, closer to the water, and must have been in the vicinity of a nest. I was smacked by the mother goose. Let me tell you! That hurt. I got seriously wing-flapped. It bruised. When that close to you, a goose can be really scary.
I once transported (unsuspectingly) a murderer from a crime scene.
The ocean…anywhere… It is magnificent and awe-inspiring, powerful yet peaceful. The sound of the waves, the sand between my toes…ahhh.
Spokane.
