Leasing is now underway at Silo Morrison Ranch, a 231-unit luxury multifamily community in Gilbert from Leon Capital Group.

Built by Leon Capital Group’s in-house general contractor, LMF Construction, Silo Morrison Ranch features one-, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities like a pool, spa, fitness center, pickleball court, bark park, clubhouse and co-working suites.

Greystar Real Estate Partners is handling property management.
