Phoenix-area homebuilders and developers were among the top award winners at The Nationals, the annual awards ceremony from the National Association of Home Builders on Feb. 17.
“This year’s winners showcase the industry’s top talent who are helping shape the future of residential construction,” Christy Beck, 2025 awards and subcommittee chair of NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council, said in a press release.
Tri Pointe Homes earned two gold awards — the highest honor — for Phoenix-area projects, earning the titles of Best Realtor/Broker Program and Best Design Center or Showroom for its design studio in San Tan Valley.
Also among the gold winners was Toll Brothers, which won Best Single Family Detached Model Home, 4,000 to 4,750 square feet, for the Windgate model at Sereno Canyon, and Camelot Homes, which won Best Attached Model Home for The Retreat in Scottsdale.

Camelot Homes’ model at The Retreat in Scottsdale won a gold award at The Nationals.
Among silver award winners — The Nationals’ runner-up category — Toll Brothers’ Sereno Canyon earned recognition for its amenities and signage. The community was also nominated for Master-Planned Community of the Year. Toll Brothers additionally earned silver awards for its outdoor living space at Merion Grove in Queen Creek and its Hastings model at Sterling Grove.
Camelot Homes, meanwhile, earned silver awards in the One-of-a-Kind Home category for The Gallery at The Collection in Scottsdale; Shea Homes earned silver awards for its Phoenix design center and its detached model homes at Medley at Avalon Crossing and Signature at Storyrock.
Additional Phoenix-area silver awards went to Sol Modern, a multifamily community from developer LG Group, and Platinum Companies’ Hidden Oasis custom home.
