FirstTeam Scottsdale is now open, marking the independent brokerage’s first office in Arizona.

The office will be led by Janelle Flaherty, former global real estate advisor with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

Dan Peden will serve as the designated broker of FirstTeam Scottsdale, focusing on new developments, luxury and commercial properties.

FirstTeam began its national expansion in April 2025. The brokerage has 52 offices in four states and closed over $6.2 billion in sales last year.
