Sales are underway at Ladera Trails, Toll Brothers’ new gated community off Hunt Highway and Thompson Road in San Tan Valley.
Toll Brothers is offering four new floor plans ranging from 3,124 to 3,692 square feet for quarter-acre homesites. Designs have three to four bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and three- or four-car garages, with personalization options including multi-slide doors, casitas, covered patios and cabanas. Pricing starts in the mid-$800,000s.
Ladera Trails also features a pool, playground and pickleballs courts.
