Rockefeller Group began leasing for Corsica Villas, two gated build-to-rent communities in South Phoenix.

Located on 20th Street and on Euclid Avenue and 7th Street, the two communities include a total of 152 single-family townhomes. Floor plans range from 1,126 to 1,525 square feet with two to three bedrooms, attached one- to two-car garages and private backyards. Interior finishes include quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting and matte-black fixtures.

Residences have access to on-site amenities like a pool, hot tub, dog parks, barbeque areas and green spaces.

“Corsica Villas represents an exciting milestone for Rockefeller Group as we continue to expand in the Phoenix market,” Vice President Mark Singerman said in a press release. “With strong pent-up demand for this type of housing in South Phoenix, we are proud to bring thoughtfully designed homes and a robust amenity package to a community that offers both lifestyle and convenience for our residents.”
