Two Phoenix-area master-planned communities ranked among the country’s 50 top-selling MPCs in the first half of 2025, according to the Mid-2025 Sales Top 50 from RCLCO Real Estate Consulting.

Radiance at Superstition Vistas, an Apache Junction master-planned community from D.R. Horton, was the top-selling MPC in the area — and in Arizona — with 307 new-home sales from January through June, a 6% year-over-year increase from the first half of 2024. Radiance at Superstition Vistas ranked as the MPC with the nineteenth-most sales nationwide.

Also on the list was Bella Vista Farms, a San Tan Valley community from El Dorado Holdings, at No. 49. The MPC had 183 sales in 2025 (its first year of sales).
