Phoenix-area real estate agents were among the top honorees in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ annual Top 250 Latino Agents report.
Based on transaction volume in 2024, Matias Rosales, an agent with Realty ONE Group Gateway, was the highest-ranking Latino agent in the Phoenix area and the No. 15 Latino agent in the country.
“These agents are not just navigating a difficult landscape; they are leading it,” Oralia Herrera, NAHREP national president, said in a press release. “Their ability to grow while others fall behind shows how Latino professionals are reshaping the business of real estate in this country.”
