NAHREP: The Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators

Phoenix-area agents were prominently featured in the 2025 edition of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Report.

The highest-ranking Latino originator in the greater Phoenix area was Lizy Hoeffer of CrossCountry Mortgage, who reached a sales volume of $102,357,706 across 246 transactions. That transaction volume was the 17th-highest among NAHREP members nationwide.

“These professionals represent the backbone of Latino homeownership growth in the U.S.,” NAHREP National President Oralia Herrera said in a press release. “They have guided thousands of families through a tough housing market, proving that trust, market expertise and deep community ties are the true drivers of success in this industry.”

NAHREP also ranked lending companies based on the number of times each was represented by loan originators in this year’s ranking. Fifty-four originators were from DHI Mortgage, more than any other company in the country; the lender was followed by CrossCountry Mortgage and Rate.
