Thomas Sanford is the new vice president of sales and marketing for Landsea Homes’ Arizona division.

“Thomas is a welcome addition and great complement to the company’s rapidly growing Arizona division,” Heather Cammiso, Arizona division president, said in a press release. “We know his deep understanding of the local market and leadership will benefit our team.”

Previously, Sanford was vice president of sales for Brightland Homes’ Phoenix division. He’s also served in sales and marketing roles with Taylor Morrison, Lennar, Shea Homes and PulteGroup. In his new job, he’ll lead sales and marketing efforts for all of Landsea’s projects in the state, including 19 communities in the Phoenix area.

“I look forward to being a part of the team and propelling the Arizona division forward while finding new ways of marketing our renowned homes to potential homebuyers,” said Sanford.
