A number of Phoenix-area homebuilders received top honors at The Nationals, an award ceremony from the National Association of Home Builders recognizing outstanding achievements in new construction.

Silver winners were selected by a panel of industry professionals, with the top vote recipients in each category earning The Nationals Gold Award. Awards were presented during a ceremony on Feb. 25.

“This program enables us to honor and celebrate our industry, our peers, the professionals and building partners who contribute to the success of our communities,” Tiffany George, chair of The Nationals, wrote in the 2024 Winners Book. “We extend our congratulations to all the Silver and Gold award winners.”

Among the Gold Award winners was Toll Brothers, which won Best Single-Family Detached Model Home – Over 4,000 Square Feet, for The Sunburst model at Sereno Canyon in Scottsdale. The Sunburst also took home top honors for Best Landscape of a Model.

Robson Communities Inc. also won a Gold Award for the Loma at Pebblecreek Luxury Golf Villas, which was named best Attached Home for 55-plus Buyers.
