Arizona REALTORS® opens annual DEI scholarship, affirms commitment to the cause

by Emily Marek

Arizona REALTORS®’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee opened applications for its 2025 DEI Real Estate Scholarship Program.

The program will provide up to $1,500 to two recipients attending real estate pre-licensing school. Funding will help cover associated costs, including exam fees and state and national dues.

Recipients will be selected based on eligibility requirements and applications. Winners are expected to commit to obtaining their licenses and join their local or state association’s DEI committee within two years of doing so.

The association gave this statement to Phoenix Agent:

Over the past eight years, our mission has been to effectively engage with Arizona’s diverse population and support Arizona Realtors in becoming the most well-prepared real estate professionals, upholding the highest standards.

As an association, we remain dedicated to our purpose, as outlined in the Arizona REALTORS® Strategic Plan, which is to strengthen and diversify the Association in alignment with the communities we serve. We are committed to promoting a respectful, inclusive industry that ensures a fair and positive experience for the clients we serve.

As Realtors, we are honored to act as ambassadors of the American Dream, and we take pride in continuing our work to keep doors open for everyone.

Applications must be submitted by April 30. Winners will be notified by June 1.
