David Weekley Homes is building 17 luxury homes on one-acre-plus homesites at Preserve Ranch, a gated community in North Scottsdale.

“We’re thrilled to continue bringing upscale David Weekley homes to Scottsdale,” Mark Weber, division president for David Weekley Homes in Phoenix, said in a press release. “The inspiration derived from the area’s natural beauty will be present in the craftsmanship of these modern desert homes.”

The builder is offering six floor plans with three to four bedrooms, three to four full bathrooms, one half bathroom and four- to five-car garages. Upgrade options include 90-degree sliding doors, casita suites, covered patios, hobby rooms and more.

Preserve Ranch is zoned to Cave Creek Unified School District.
