Patterson Homes broke ground on a collection of estate homes in Silver Sky, a luxury community in Paradise Valley.

“We’re honored to be building in Silver Sky,” Founder Ryan Patterson said in a press release. “This community is setting a whole new standard for luxury in Paradise Valley. Our goal is to create homes that not only fit into this incredible community but also raise the bar for what modern estate living should be.”

Two of the estates, Nova and Aster, will be listed for sale in the next several weeks. Nova is a 12,000-square-foot home with six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a five-car garage, as well as a butler’s kitchen, wine room, indoor/outdoor bar and wellness retreat with a cold plunge and sauna.

Aster, meanwhile, is a 7,717-square-foot main residence with an 848-square-foot casita. The main residence features a butler’s pantry, wine room, gym, game room, theater, sauna and home office, while the exterior includes pool, spa, firepit, courtyard and regulation-sized pickleball court.

Both designed by Stratton Andrews, interior finishes will include European white oak flooring, handcrafted millwork and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

Construction is set for completion this fall.
