For the 13th consecutive year, Shea Homes’ Trilogy brand was named America’s Most Trusted Active Adult Resort Builder by Lifestory Research.

The research company surveyed nearly 20,000 adult consumers aged 55 and older who were actively looking for a new home within an active adult community. Based on their responses, Trilogy by Shea Homes ranked as the most trusted active adult builder in the country.

“Earning trust among those shopping for an active adult resort community is not something we take lightly,” Jeff McQueen, president of active lifestyle communities at Shea Homes, said in a press release. “It’s true that people don’t always remember what you said and did, but they remember how you made them feel. I am proud to know that all of our people make our customers feel welcome and cared for every step of the way.”

McQueen continued, “Whether a customer reaches out over the phone, via our website or stops by to tour a Trilogy community, we want them to know we’re here to provide the information and experience to help them make an informed decision. This honor confirms we’re delivering on that.”

Trilogy has four active adult communities in Arizona: Trilogy at Wickenburg Ranch in Wickenburg, Trilogy at Verde River in Rio Verde, Ridgecrest in Peoria and Encanterra in Queen Creek.
