A number of leaders and executives in Phoenix real estate were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful players in the industry.

Matt Widdows, founder and CEO of Scottsdale-based HomeSmart, was the highest ranking Phoenix leader on the list at No. 25.

Though not located in Phoenix, Realty ONE Group Founder and CEO Kuba Jewgieniew ranked No. 27 — his creation of a new subsidiary will allow Phoenix agents to practice via MLS Choice without membership in the National Association of REALTORS®.

Also in the top 100 at No. 92 was Matt Consalvo, CEO of the Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS), who also serves as a founding member of MLS Aligned.

Further down the list was No. 119 Troy Reierson, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona, California and Nevada Properties; No. 142 Patrick van den Bossche, president of Realty Executives; No. 148 Jason Mitchell, founder and president of the Arizona-based Jason Mitchell Group; and Nos. 170 Todd Gillenwater and Jim Lyon, CEO and chair of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
