Scottsdale real estate agent Tim McBride hosted the inaugural Change Agents of Phoenix awards on Oct. 29, celebrating local agents who leverage their industry successes to give back to the community.
“When I founded the Homes for Good organization in 2018 to raise funds for local nonprofits, I was driven by the belief that real estate could be so much more than transactions,” McBride said in a press release. “My intention is to inspire real estate professionals to create real, positive impact in our communities. This idea has evolved into Change Agents of Phoenix, and seeing this concept become a reality at our inaugural awards event was an incredible experience.”
Five Phoenix-area agents were honored at the event: Brian North, founder of North & Co., whose team has raised nearly $250,000 for the Arizona Housing Fund; Ashley Dabibi, a North & Co. agent who serves as an ambassador advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Desert Southwest chapter; Logan Hall of Century 21 Northwest, who works with Make-A-Wish, the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Salvation Army; Chris Lundberg of Redeemed Real Estate, who works with 1Mission; and Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, who supports many charities in the area including the Phoenix Heart Ball.
