Camelot Homes and Guided Home Design recently announced a partnership between the two Scottsdale companies.

Guided Home Design will manage interior design for the family-owned luxury homebuilder, working with Camelot homebuyers on design options for their new homes. 

The partnership was spearheaded by Camelot Homes Managing Partner Trent Hancock and Guided Home Design CEO/Design Director Kristen Hancock (no relation).

“We are very selective when it comes to our partnerships,” Trent Hancock said, “After working together on a few projects with Guided Home Design to test and refine the process, it’s clear Kristen and her team will ensure that our buyers enjoy an efficient, effective journey that results in the creation of their customized, beautiful home.”

“Our goal is to make the home design process enjoyable and fulfilling for every buyer,” Kristen Hancock said. “With our comprehensive approach, we guide clients through each step, from initial concepts to final selections, making sure their new home is a true reflection of their individual style and preferences.”

A launch party to mark the partnership is planned for Sept. 25 at the Camelot Design Studio, 6611 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale. The event, from 4-7 p.m., is open to the public.
