Dream Finders Homes launches Phoenix division

by Emily Marek

Homebuilder Dream Finders Homes recently launched a Phoenix division with the purchase of nearly 300 homes in two Phoenix-area communities: 122 lots in Bella Vista Farms in San Tan Valley and 160 lots in El Cidro in Goodyear.

“Phoenix is a great market, with an influx of new residents from California and the Midwest. The market is also experiencing major industrial growth,” Tyler Champlin, the newly-appointed president of Dream Finders Homes’ Phoenix division, said in a press release. “We are excited about the potential here and hope to top 500 annual closings in the next few years.”

Champlin formerly served as vice president of land acquisition for Meritage Homes. Prior, he was in project management for Lennar and was vice president of operations for Starwood Land Advisors.

Sales for both communities are expected to begin in the second half of 2025. Pricing is expected to start in the mid-$400,000s, which Champlin calls “an affordable price point for Maricopa County.”
