Homebuilder Landsea Homes sold all 92 homes in Vidrio at Estrella, a neighborhood within the Estrella master-planned community in Goodyear.

“Vidrio at Estrella is the perfect combination of outdoor adventure and calm suburban life with easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants, so it’s no wonder homebuyers were eager to purchase and take advantage of the opportunity to own in this community,” Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing for Landsea’s Arizona division, said in a press release.

Landsea Homes is currently selling in several other Phoenix-area communities, including El Cidro, Citrus Park and Centerra, plus another Estrella neighborhood, Solvida at Estrella.
