Toll Brothers opens four new model homes in Phoenix area

Toll Brothers opened four new model homes in the Phoenix area: two in Adero Canyon in Fountain Hills, one in Sonoran Trails in Cave Creek and one in Sereno Canyon in Scottsdale.

The models at Toll Brothers in Adero Canyon include the 2,927-square-foot Catteau Prairie model, which features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a three-car garage, as well as the 4,754-square-foot Hoffman with Basement Desert Contemporary model, featuring five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a three-car garage.

Sonoran Trails by Toll Brothers features the Kartchner model, a 4,315-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a four-car tandem garage. Meanwhile, the Toll Brothers Estate Collection in Sereno Canyon features the Sunburst, a 5,547-square-foot model with five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a five-car split garage.

“The architecture, interior design and outdoor living spaces shown in this new lineup of models are truly unmatched in the desert,” Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona and Utah, said in a press release. “We are proud to build model homes that serve as an inspiration for our homebuyers who are looking for a modern sanctuary to call home.”

Toll Brothers homes in these communities range in price from $1.16 million to over $2.62 million. Buyers have the option to visit the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Scottsdale to personalize their home with the help of the builder’s professional design consultants.
