Trish Gore, a luxury property specialist affiliated with the Scottsdale at 101 office of Coldwell Banker Realty, will host a holiday toy and food drive on Dec. 9 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will be hosted at The View Carefree, a new housing development in Carefree. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy or nonperishable food items for donation. Foothills Food Bank, Toys for Tots and Angel Trees will distribute the donations throughout the community in the time leading up to Christmas Eve.
“This is a great way for our community to come together for some holiday fun and support some great organizations,” Gore said in a press release. “Plus, they’ll be able to tour this beautiful new development.”
Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will be present to accept donations and take photos with guests. The Big Red Carefree Fire Truck will also be onsite for children to take photos with the local firemen. Cocoa and cookies will be provided.
Those who can’t attend but still wish to donate can bring offerings to 1 Easy St. #1 in Carefree.
