Scott Drucker, CEO of Arizona REALTORS®, is now a member of the Advisory Committee of the Arizona Housing Fund (AZHF). The organization was founded in 2019 to address Arizona’s homelessness epidemic by bringing permanent supportive, low-income and working-poor housing to the state.

“I’ve long been a supporter of the Arizona Housing Fund, so it was an honor to be asked to join the Advisory Committee,” Drucker shared in a press release. “This complex issue will not be solved overnight, but I look forward to continuing to build momentum for this important effort.”

To date, AZHF has raised nearly $2 million, awarding grants to eight affordable housing projects that house formerly homeless Arizonians. A majority of the organization’s funds come from voluntary $25 donations made upon the close of escrow by agents, brokerages, notaries, title companies, buyers and sellers.
