Realtor Buzz Carr has returned to Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent with the brokerage’s Phoenix/Paradise Valley office.

“I love working in real estate because I can make a positive difference in people’s lives,” Carr said in a press release. “I chose to return to Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent because of the trusted name, the excellent resources available to the agents and opportunities to mentor newer agents.”

A nine-year veteran of the real estate industry, Carr first joined Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent with the Biltmore-Paradise Valley office before serving as the assistant manager of its Scottsdale at 101 and Scottsdale at Pinnacle Peak offices. He then served as managing broker at Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate in north Scottsdale and as an agent with Realty ONE Group.

Carr holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, he volunteers with the food bank at Open Door Fellowship Church.
