The Arizona REALTORS® announced the 2024 state and regional association officers at its annual Leadership Conference in Litchfield Park.

Shelley Ostrowski, designated broker at Realty One Group Gateway in Yuma, will take over as president in 2024. Ostrowski has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously held leadership roles with the Yuma Association of REALTORS® in 2005 and 2016. She also served as the chair of the Legislative and Political Affairs Committee and chair of the REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee (RAPAC).

“As president of the Arizona REALTORS®, I am honored to collaborate with our members to bring ideas to life and introduce new initiatives as we continue to elevate the professionalism of our members and our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion across the association,” Ostrowski said in a press release. “These talented and dedicated professionals are committed to enhancing the vision of the association in the year ahead.”

Sulinda “Sindy” Ready will serve as the 2024 president-elect. Ready was president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2015 and president of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® in 2020. Most recently, she served as an executive committee member for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) from 2022 to 2023.

Lisa Paffrath, a Realtor from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Grand View North in Flagstaff and Williams will assume the role of vice president, while Shane Cook of eXp Realty in Gilbert will serve as treasurer. Paffrath is a former chair of the Arizona REALTORS® Risk Management Committee and a past president of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®, while Cook is a former leader at the West and Southeast REALTORS® of the Valley and currently serves as the chair of NAR’s Consumer Communications Committee.
