Toll Brothers’ Arizona Division took home 11 awards at the Major Achievement in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards last week, with the builders’ Sterling Grove community in Surprise responsible for many of the accolades.
“Sterling Grove offers an array of beautiful new homes and unmatched amenities in the growing city of Surprise,” said Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers Arizona. “We are thrilled to be recognized with these prestigious awards that set the benchmark for excellence in the home building industry.”
Flaherty says it’s the community’s luxury amenities that make Sterling Grove a special place to live. “The community features an award-winning private clubhouse with spectacular resort-style amenities and a year-round calendar of social activities for residents,” he said. “This community offers an incredible lifestyle opportunity for homebuyers.”
The community’s onsite amenities include a private 18-hole golf course, 20,000 square-foot clubhouse, three pools, a full-service spa, fitness center, grab-and-go market, signature restaurant and pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts.
Toll Brothers Arizona’s upcoming developments include Senero Canyon, a master-planned resort-style community in Scottsdale.
