Stacy Pingree, Owner, Broker, Mortgage Advisor, NMLS # 151068

Radiant Financial Group

Before transitioning into lending, Stacy Pingree built her career in Silicon Valley’s software industry, working at the intersection of innovation and venture capital. While she was drawn to how deals came together, the tech world lacked the human connection she craved. Mortgage lending proved to be the perfect fit — combining her love of strategy with the opportunity to help clients secure homes and build long-term wealth through real estate.

With 20 years in mortgage lending, Pingree has guided clients and agents through economic shifts, evolving markets and every kind of real estate cycle. Her experience navigating complex financial scenarios gives her the insight to help clients make confident, informed decisions. Combined with her background in high-stakes negotiations, this gives her a strategic edge. What truly sets her apart, however, is her transparency—openly sharing both her wins and missteps to empower others to succeed.

At Radiant Financial Group, Pingree leads her team according to Zig Ziglar’s philosophy: “You don’t build a business. You build people, and people build the business.” Her passion for wealth building extends beyond lending. She launched the Legacy Wealth Podcast to educate Realtors and investors on financial freedom through real estate and co-founded RFG Capital, providing private lending solutions for clients pursuing investment opportunities.

In addition to Arizona, Pingree is licensed in Colorado, Idaho, Montana and California. While she enjoys helping clients build wealth in these states, the Litchfield Park resident is most passionate about serving the West Valley. She is also devoted to multiple local charitable causes, including 1MISSION, The KNOW Teen Summit, and Mariah’s Miracle. A mom of two, she cites witnessing her daughters grow into strong, confident women as her greatest personal achievement.
