Arizona wasn’t always home for Lauren Crowell, but after planting roots and building a thriving real estate career here, she can’t imagine being anywhere else. “Arizona became more than just a place to get an education — it became home,” says Crowell, who earned her marketing degree from Arizona State University in 2008. “I immersed myself in the real estate industry and never looked back.”
Her introduction to real estate came through her sister, Danielle, when the two worked for a high-volume investor specializing in property flips. Their role involved acquiring homes at courthouse auctions, overseeing renovations, securing tenants and selling properties in batches to foreign investors. This hands-on experience in buying, renovating and selling homes laid the foundation for Crowell’s career.
Before transitioning full-time into real estate, she worked in private aviation as a flight attendant for affluent clients — many of whom built their wealth through real estate. Seeing firsthand how real estate created financial security and success, she developed a deep appreciation for the industry.
Now, with 12 years in real estate and 11 years in construction, Crowell brings a unique perspective to first-time buyers, investors and luxury clients. “Having witnessed the market shift multiple times and with my extensive background in renovation and construction, I offer a well-rounded approach to guiding my clients,” she explains.
With over 400 successful escrows, she specializes in single-family homes, condos and investment properties across Arcadia, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
Outside of real estate, Crowell enjoys traveling, golfing and spending time with her husband, two dogs and family. She’s also embracing her newest role as an aunt — one she absolutely cherishes.
