Having lived and worked in Scottsdale for nearly three decades and with the real estate business prevalent in her family, Ryer brings extensive knowledge, negotiation skills and patience to her clientele.

Dedicated to her craft, she has earned numerous industry designations, including the National Association of REALTORS®’ Accredited Buyer’s Representative credential and Commitment to Excellence endorsement, and also made her way into Coldwell Banker’s roster of International Diamond award recipients. A relocation expert, she has a footprint that spans more than just the Scottsdale area, as she enjoys working with buyers located out of state. She’s also a luxury property specialist and holds a professional certification in global luxury.

Ryer proudly focuses on building her business while also staying connected to her community. When not helping make her clients’ dreams come true, she can be found hiking, enjoying art and opera, or supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through Coldwell Banker’s many initiatives.
